The start of something special

Lisa began her career in real estate in 2006 in the development sales market that saw the South Loop of Chicago rise to prominence.   Within just two years, Lisa was successfully managing development teams to obtain some of the more noteworthy project completion numbers on record.  In 2011 Lisa came to @properties to begin a focused effort towards expanding her residential business by developing a sales team capable of delivering the highest level of service while accommodating the growth of a successfully growing client list.   The transition to @Properties seemed effortless.  Both Lisa and her new company shared a mutual vision of heightened success through the cultivation of successful relationships.  She knew she would have the support of a Real Estate firm that had made a name for itself in Chicago by choosing client satisfaction in the deals they had brokered.  She would now bring her similar determination for success and her aspirations for team development to award winning status and reputation.

 

The Team

In 2012 Lisa began the My Chicago Properties Group in hopes of forging a sales team capable of meeting the demands of Chicago’s ever changing Real Estate Market while maintaining the intimacy of a boutique agency.  She set out to develop a “Five Star” Real Estate experience highlighted by an emphasis on the agent /client relationship.    From the beginning, the steps to achieve her goals were simple - maintain the same attentiveness she had grown accustomed to providing her clients while cultivating new relationships with her growing client base.  Still, it was evident that the success achieved prior to the formation of the team was due in large part to the relationships built and the loyalty earned.  In order to continue that trend, any new expansion would require carefully inserted team members who shared work attributes and aspirations similar to Lisa’s.  The impact of Sara’s arrival to the team in 2012 was both positive and immediate.  Her work ethic and disposition garner praise with each deal she is a part of.  Clients are left joyfully satisfied knowing an agent of her knowledge and compassion has their best interests at heart. Together, their hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to client happiness have proven to be the winning combination in earning swift and effective results. 

In 2014 Alyse joined the team to provide further assistance as the client base continued to expand.  Sharing the same personal likeability, dedication to success, and client-first mindset of Lisa and Sara, Alyse was an easy selection in the expansion efforts of the team.  In the short time since joining the team, she has already begun to impress clients with her knowledge in guiding them through the decision making process.

The sale of your home requires a well thought out plan if you hope to achieve optimal success.  Timing, marketing, and staging are all aspects of the sales process that can easily derail your efforts if you don’t have the right team in place.  The My Chicago Properties Group takes great pride in making your home the most attractive option on the market to potential buyers who match your criteria.  In a competitive market, the seller deserves a team with experience in getting the job done time and again.  With a BA in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Lisa understands how best to connect potential buyers with the attractiveness and available elements in the neighborhood of your home.  She is well adept at finding new methods to bring maximum exposure to your home to ensure a quick sale.  Prior to 2012, Lisa was making headlines by leading a team of agents in the sale of two of the more prominent developments in the South Loop.  This experience in development sales has helped her to fully understand all corners of the Chicago sales market and what potential buyers are looking for.  Sara brings a degree in Interior Design to assist in the selling of your property.  Prior to her career in Real Estate she interned for celebrity designer, Nate Berkus and was inspired by his work and philosophies. "Nate always says that your home should tell the story of who you are. And I believe that the first step is choosing the right space." She enjoys sharing her design knowledge with clients, whether it’s staging a home to sell or helping a buyer visualize their style in a new space. Her keen eye for artistic components provides sellers a number of ways they can adjust what is already existing to reveal a more youthful and appealing canvas that the masses will adore.
